Master Shlok Gore, a 13-year-old boy, is suffering from Thalassemia Major, a severe and life-threatening genetic blood disorder that requires continuous blood transfusions for survival. Over time, this condition becomes increasingly critical due to iron overload and weakened immunity.

Shlok’s treating doctor, Dr. Chintan Vyas at SRCC Hospital, has strongly recommended an urgent Haploidentical Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) — the only curative treatment available for his condition.

His clinical condition is deteriorating, and any delay in undergoing the transplant may further worsen his health. He requires immediate admission, prolonged hospitalization, pre- and post-transplant investigations, ICU care, medications, and continuous monitoring.

The estimated cost of treatment is ₹40,48,000, which includes:

·         Hospital stay and ICU charges

·         Bone marrow transplant kit and procedure

·         Doctor and surgeon charges

·         Medicines, blood products, and supportive care

Shlok’s father works as a daily wage sales person, earning only enough to manage basic daily expenses. It is impossible for the family to arrange such a huge amount for the transplant. Despite their financial struggles, the family is doing everything they can to save Shlok’s life.
