Baby Amina Sayed, born on 17th August 2023, has been battling liver failure since birth, which has severely impacted her health and quality of life. She has undergone extensive medical evaluations and care to manage her condition. Despite the family's best efforts, her condition has not improved, and a liver transplant has been deemed essential for her survival and recovery.
Her mother has been identified as a compatible donor, which brings hope for a successful transplant. However, the complexity and urgency of the procedure necessitate significant financial resources, which the family cannot afford.
Treatment Plan and Financial Requirements:
- 1- Liver Transplant Surgery:
Pre-operative evaluations and investigations for Baby Amina and her mother.
The transplant procedure performed by a specialized surgical team.
2- Post-Operative Care:
Intensive care for Baby Amina in the NICU to monitor and manage her recovery.
Immunosuppressive therapy to prevent organ rejection
3- Long-Term Monitoring:
Regular follow-ups, medication, and support to ensure the transplant's success.
The total cost of the treatment, including pre-operative care, surgery, post-operative ICU care, medications, and long-term follow-up, is estimated at ₹16,50,000.
Baby Amina’s father is the sole breadwinner for their family of five, working tirelessly to provide for his loved ones. Despite his unwavering efforts and sacrifices, the family is unable to gather the necessary funds for the transplant. Their financial constraints have made it impossible to proceed with this life-saving procedure without external support.
We urgently seek your help to give Baby Amina a chance at a healthy and fulfilling life. Your generosity, no matter the size of the contribution, can make an extraordinary impact which will
- Cover the costs of Baby Amina’s liver transplant and recovery.
- Provide her with the opportunity to grow and thrive without the burden of chronic illness.
- Ease the financial strain on her family during this challenging time.
