Maira is battling Thalassemia Major, a severe genetic blood disorder, and urgently needs a Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) to survive. Due to her critical condition, her treatment cannot be delayed.

Her father, a daily wage sales person, is struggling to arrange the enormous treatment cost, which includes hospitalization, BMT procedure, medications, and intensive post-treatment care and the cost of the treatment is around ₹36,63,000
