Master Shahid, a 17-year-old boy, has been diagnosed with Severe Leptospirosis, Severe ARDS, Pulmonary Hemorrhage, Disseminated Intravascular Coagulation, and Acute Kidney Injury.

He is currently admitted at Wockhardt Hospital and is undergoing intensive treatment which includes:

• Mechanical Ventilator Support
• Hemodialysis
• Plasmapheresis
• Medical Management

The estimated cost for the procedure, prolonged ICU stay, investigations, doctor charges, medicines, and supportive care is around ₹12,00,690 (approximately). The expenses are likely to increase depending on his condition.

Shahid comes from a very humble background. He lost his father and his mother works as a maid to support the family. With such limited income, it is impossible for them to bear the heavy cost of this critical treatment.
